Small team, big surface area.

We are a team of about fifteen engineers, designers and testers in Hyderabad. That size means you will not be a ticket number: you will talk to clients, shape the product and see your work go live.

Our week has a simple rhythm. We plan on Monday, pair and review through the week and demo working software every Friday. Senior engineers review every pull request, and testers are part of the team from the first story, not the last day.

You will work on real products that businesses use every day, including our own sports platform Neo Play, the Vedha manufacturing ERP and the Manikanta Concerns trading system.

Do you hire freshers?
Yes, when we have the capacity to mentor well. Strong fundamentals, a project you can walk us through and curiosity matter more than years of experience. Send your CV with a link to your code.
Is the work remote or in the office?
Most roles are hybrid from our office in Hitech City, Hyderabad. Some contract roles, such as DevOps, can be fully remote within India. Each listing says which.
What will I actually work on?
Real products used by businesses every day: our own sports platform Neo Play, the Vedha manufacturing ERP, the Manikanta Concerns trading system and new client projects across web, mobile and cloud.
What technologies do you use?
Java and Spring Boot on the back end, React for web, Flutter for mobile, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes, with Figma for design and Selenium, Appium and TestNG for testing.
How long does hiring take?
Usually two to three weeks from application to offer. We reply to every applicant, including when the answer is no.
